Import this green screen footage on a layer in the timeline.
Add a green screen or chroma key effect to This layer.
Select green as the colour to use in the key. all editing software provides a colour picker to select the color.
After selecting the colour, parts of the image will become transparent and you should see the background appear in these parts. Adjust various parameters to get the best effect.

✂How do you edit green screen footage?
I prefer Adobe Premiere Pro to edit green screen footage because premiere Pro is very good video editor. In Adobe Premiere Pro use Ultra Key to remove the green screen and make it transparent and then use your own backgroun or you video, footage whatever.
✂Steps to remove green screen in Adobe Premiere Pro :-
1. First of all Add green screen footage into your sequence.
2. Drop the Ultra Key effect from effect panel to your clip.
3. then Go to the effects control panel.
4. there use eyedropper tool to pick the green color.
